Potato - 5
Jalapeno - as required
Tomato - 4
Preparation time : 20 mins
Cooking Instructions
I just tried this and it was good surprisingly. So thought to share.
(i) Cut the potatoes into big slices.
(ii) Boil them with a pinch of Turmeric in low flame as it shouldn't loose its shape.
(iii) Cut the tomatoes into larger pieces.
(iv) Pan fry tomato with required Jalapenos. Use Olive oil.
(v) Fry till tomato looses its raw taste.
(vi) Mix Tomato-Jalapeno with Potato and slow heat for 5 mins.
(vii) Add salt to taste ofcourse.
