Ingredients
Tamarind paste 1/2cup Rice 11/2cup curry leaf 1 or 2 red chillis 5 green chilli 3 peanuts 2 spoons cumin seeds 1/4 spoon mustard seeds 1/2 spoon white dal 1 spoon hing (hinguva) 1/4 or little black pepper seeds 1/2 spoon or black pepper powder 1/2 spoon turmeric 3/4 spoon salt as per taste oil 8 spoons
Cooking Instructions
cook the rice and keep it aside for medium cool.
Add the tarmarind paste and salt to the rice very thick . check the salt and tamarind ok for the rice or not
put the kadai on the stove with low flame and the oil. when oil became warm add red chilli, peanut,mustard and cumin seeds and white dal,curry leaves, green chilli, turmaric .
when all the ingredients spluttered add pepper and Hing.
And finally add the rice and stir well.until the rice mix with all ingredients. keep it on low flame for another few minutes. If like cashews add in above ingredients.
