Ingredients
Lemon -2 Cooked Rice - 2 cups Turmeric 1/4 tsp Salt
To Temper: Oil - 2tsp Mustard seeds - 1tsp channa dal - 1 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Peanuts - 2 tsp Green chilli- 2 to 3 Hing - 1/2 tsp Curry leaves - few coriander leaves - few
Cooking Instructions
*Cook Rice and transfer them into a plate and add salt. Mix it and keep aside *Heat a pan with oil. Add mustard seeds, once spluttered add urad, channa dal, peanuts, hing. *Fry it. Then add turmeric, green chillies and curry leaves. *Squeeze the lemon add this in the pan and mix well. Switch off the flame immediately. *Add this to the rice and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Tips: *Cashew nuts can be fried and also added *To give more spicy taste, 2 red chillies can also be added while tempering. *Best served with Papad and potato roast
